Retortable Film Structure for Sterilization
The thermal processing or cooking packaged food in a pressurized chamber for purposes of sterilizing the contents to maintain freshness for extended storage times, Retort pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for the higher temperatures of the retort process, generally around 121 ºC. Using retort packaging to replace traditional can or bottle not only dramatically reduces the transportation cost to consumer markets, but also has better presentation on shelf as it can be manufactured as diverse shapes comparing to can/bottle packaging. Some of the common material structures of retort packaging can be summarized as Clear: AIOx/NY/RCPP ; SIOx/NY/RCPP ; BESELA/NY/RCPP. Non-clear: PET/NY/AL/RCPP ; PET/AL/RCPP. Some of the suitable markets of retort pouch are instant food, ready-to-eat food, cooked food, sauces, pet food etc.
Hot Filling Film Structure for High temperature Filling Process
Hot Fill pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for the high temperatures during filling process, generally around 100 ºC. The material structure used can make sure the pouch will not be shrinked, curved even melted during the high temperature when filling. Some of the common material structures of hot fill packaging can be summarized as Clear: NY/RCPP ; PET/LLDPE ; NY/LLDPE ; PET/RCPP ; PET/NY/RCPP. Non-clear; NY/AL/LLDPE ; PET/AL/LLDPE. Some of the suitable markets of hot fill pouch are soup, sauces, beverage etc.
Non-Foil Film Structure for Microwave
Microwavable pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for microwave used. Foil should not be used to ensure the safety of consumer. Some of the common material structures of microwavable packaging is OPP/CPP ; PET/LLDPE ; NY/LLDPE.
Elongate Film Structure for Vacuum
Vacuum pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for vacuuming process after filling. Low Temperature Film Structure for Freezing
Frozen pouches are manufactured with materials suitable for low temperature storage, generally from -4 ºC to -18 ºC. The special LLDPE used can make sure the pouch will not easy to crack, resist to low temperature and impact. Some of the common material structures of frozen packaging is NY/LLDPE, LLDPE/LLDPE, PET/LLDPE.

Zipper offers the reclosable feature to the pouch for food products which is multi served, such as muesli, cereal and snack.
Laser Scoring or Linear Materials for Linear Opening
To offer easy linear tearing property of the packaging, either laser scoring or linear materials such as linear NY and linear PET will be incorporated to the packaging. Laser scoring is a process of utilizing a laser beam to remove material to a specified depth which gives consumers to tear/open the packaging more easily and resulting a straight line tearing, the laser score will allow for controlled tear propagation while maintaining package strength and barrier properties. Manufacturing the pouch with linear materials alternatively gives easy linear tearing property to the pouch without damaging the material structure and leaving visible white line on the pouch.

Valve Adding On Pouch for Degassing
