Being a responsible corporate citizen, Mayor made a conscious decision to reduce solvent emission into the atmosphere by investing in a solvent recovery system. This system, together with the decision to use only non-toluene based printing inks in the plant, greatly reduces solvent emission and also improves the general working condition within the plant.

Furthermore, the plant of Mayor Packaging in Donguang, China, is not only equipped with all of the essential equipment to cater for clients’ rigorous and bespoke requirements, but also incorporated into the site are the facilities to maintain the mental and physical welfare of the workforce, providing accommodation, canteen and a host of sporting and non-sporting venues for recreation and entertainment.
